FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS
If your purchase is damaged or faulty you are entitled to a refund, please use the following process in order to claim your money back
- Take photos or a video of the faulty goods.
- Provide a brief explanation of the fault/damage.
- In the case of damage in transit please provide a photo or the damaged packaging
- Use this link to upload.
- If your explanation/photo/video isn’t clear enough for us to make a decision we will contact you for further proof, otherwise a refund will be processed within 48 hours
- You may be asked to return the broken goods to our repair centre at our cost.
INCORRECT GOODS
If the item you ordered is not as described on our website you are entitled to a full refund, use the following process to claim your money back.
- Take photos or a video of the item
- Provide a brief explanation of the reason it differs significantly from the item on the website, give any missing functionality or parts
- Use this link to upload.
- If your explanation/photo/video isn’t clear enough for us to make a decision we will contact you for further proof, otherwise a refund will be processed within 48 hours
ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE
All items should arrive within 7 to 10 days, however if after 14 days the item still hasn’t arrived contact us and we’ll chase for you with the delivery agent. If after 30 days of ordering you still haven’t received your goods you may be entitled to a full refund. Submit your order number using this link and we’ll process a refund within 48 hours.
ITEM DOES NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
We provide photo’s and details of the item on our website, if the item doesn’t meet your expectations because of a fault or missing functionality pleas see “Incorrect Goods”, however if the goods perform as described then we please see Other Returns.
OTHER RETURNS
We will provide a refund for any item within 14 days of receipt. In order to claim your refund use the following process.
- You must request a refund using this link within 14 days of receipt and 28 days of ordering. (If the item has not arrived within 14 days you should request a refund under “ITEMS DID NOT ARRIVE”)
- Once you have requested a refund you have 14 days to return the item to us in the UK.
- If your item is not received within 14 days of requesting a refund then we will not be able to process it.
- The cost for return shipping is not refundable.
